Repairs- Sticking key? Pedal woes? Broken string or even agraffe? I love troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Regulation- Grand or upright, any modern make/model. This is important to keep the parts aligned and working correctly. Chris will thoroughly go through the action and clean, adjust and refine the parts and therefore the touch and tone of the piano.
Spirio- Chris is a Steinway & Sons Authorized Technician certified for Advanced Spirio work and is passionate that the world’s highest resolution player piano deserves the highest attention to detail maintenance.
Voicing/Concert Work- Tone building, softening, it is all about interpreting the needs of the pianist and finding a pianos optimal tone from the concert stage to the living room.
Historic Keyboard work- continuo organ tuning, harpsichord tuning and repair.
Dampp Chaser (Piano Lifesaver Systems)- humidity control system installation/ maintenance. certified installer. Let’s talk about relative humidity!
